Somebody maybe never hear of Shunt Resistors and don't know what it is. Now here are a brief introduction.
Busbar shunt resistors: Shunts are weld on busbars, and shunts can sense the temperature coefficient of resistance ±50ppm/k, ≥800A current. And the voltage drop between the end of busbar and resistor can be measured. And the shape of busbars can be customized.
This time I want to take the shunt resistors I got for example:
Shunts can be weld to busbars to reduce the quantity of components;
Compared with resistors fixed by screws, the heat drops;
When designing ultra low resistance, it can be used for testing high sensing current;
Use Kelvin connections to realize high precision sensing;
Proper busbars can be designed according to applications.
Where can be applied:
Sensing current and monitor for cars, industrial devices, energy;
Home and industrial battery management;
Inverter current control.
These are industrial electronic components, more and more good products will be invented in the future.
